Ooh, I love your take on the topic, and I especially love Flaming June. It's one of my favourite paintings, so it was wonderful to see it today. Thanks for posting it, and the others!
Hi Eva! Thanks for these stunningly beautiful postcards. It's always nice to see a different take on the topic :D I didn't know about Flaming June either like Violet! I get so much education from postcards.
Hi Eva, I especially enjoy your interpretation of the theme for this edition of Postcards for the Weekend. Orange is most often the color, indeed! It has been several days since my last visit to Mail Adventures and I see you have been quite busy. Going now to look at the other posts. Thank you, as always, for sharing.

ReplyDeleteThe painting is now in London. My friend saw it in person! I'm a bit jealous...
DeleteI fear my education is a bit lacking, as I'd not known of Flaming June ... until now. It is a beautiful painting.
ReplyDeletePostcards are highly educative :)
DeleteA nice diverse choice, Leighton is enjoying quite a revival at the moment.
ReplyDeleteIs hi? I didn't know. Thanks for your comment, Joy!
DeleteLove that St James's way card! I watched a documentary series about it on TV a few years ago.
ReplyDeleteI walked some 300 km f the Way a long time ago. The postcard is great, I received it from Burgos, one of the beautiful cities that the Way crosses.
