Makes me curious: which book is (was) this? The illustration (especially the eyes of the lady pictured) reminds me of Persian paintings.
It was a novel by Egyptian author Naguib Mahfouz, but I don't remember which one. Actually, this was discarded because the cover didn't correspond with the novel inside (?), besides other mistakes in the content.
