The Caldy Reading Room isn't actually a house nowadays, but the Church Hall. Caldy Manor is now a nursing home. You can read here the interesting history of this place.

Caldy Manor is now a nursing home and my cousin moved in there last month. It was the first time we had been in the Manor and it is a marvellous place. My cousin's room faces the woods and gardens and even has its own door to the outside. So much nicer than other care homes I've been in.

DeleteIf you need to be in a nursing home, surely this must be one of the most attractive ones.
