Hm, that's a good question. Sending mail without stamps would be horrible, because my outgoing mail needs beautiful, preferably matching stamps... Can't they change this power/privilege into 'you can send mail without paying for the beautiful and matching stamps'? :-)
(and I would pet the security dog, despite of the fact that I prefer vegetarian pets)

And I would like to add words to the dictionary, no word needs to be deleted, because dictionaries are a kind of historic books, too :-)
