This is to praise plum blossom. In China, plum blossom symbolizes strong struggle and perseverance.
The poem is:
Several plum trees in the corner,
Resist the cold and open alone.
Knowing from a distance that it (plum blossom) wasn't snow,
because there is a faint fragrance coming."
