The more mail sent, the better! So I prefer the new one :-) More comfortable for the driver / postperson on rainy and snowy days, and safer for the mail (I realize since I've got an angry message from a receiver in Indonesia: my envelope to him arrived in the rainy season and was totally wet, and I had added some stamps, which got sticked to each other due to the rain..).
I prefer the first one, of course.
