From My Country

It is not that usual that I receive postcards from my country. These were sent by Bruno. I love all of them!

A postcard sent by Ana:

And also a stamp from there, sent by Heleen:

(Update 4/03/2017: I added this post to Maria's link Postcards for the Weekend. The theme this week is From your home country.)

  1. Hi Eva, beautiful postcards! I honestly have always wanted to visit Spain. I have this curiosity that needs quenching. I want to see for myself how our Filipino culture and architecture actually overlaps with Spain. It would have been a great topic for me for the theme on countries I wish to visit but I only have 5 postcards from Spain from Postcrossing and these are not viewcards at all.

The ones you have here are beautiful, specially the first and last ones. I can imagine myself enjoying a lazy walk through that narrow calle. Thanks for sharing!

  2. Hi Eva, I love the history and beauty of Spain. Your cards here are great! It is hard to pick a favorite, but if I must, it is the Peniscola card with the fascinating narrow street. That card makes me want to go there and see it in person! :-) Thanks for sharing your cards and have a great weekend!

  5. Beautiful cards! I have always wanted to visit Spain. At first it was because of the fire of the flamenco, later on because of the history and now because of the sightseeing!

I'll start saving my pennies (yennies??)!

    1. All these postcards are from my region (Valencian country): you wouldn't find any flamenco there! But I lot of nice views, sure. It's a pity that our home countries are so far away!
