I feel exactly the same. In this days of cold, almost emotionless (emojis cannot replace the true blink of an eye, or a smile, or an eye roll, ...no matter what) and most of all "synthetic" communication, we all tend to forget that something as simple and personal as writing with ink and paper, is in itself an act of resistance.... That and the fact that, evermore, words are being eroded from one's personal dictionary, is something that bothers me to the bone. So getting a letter, a handwriten letter, in my letterbox, was a reminder that words are much more than a bunch of electrons grouped together: They are an intimate part of us, of Humanity at large, almost an alternate circulatory system, an alternate blood, and probably our most priceless heritage. Muchíssimas gracias Eva, Un abrazo p
