It seems that this mail art envelope sent by John (the UK), has suffered some accidents in way. At least, rain and... a mail monster attack? Because the post service in Casablanca (!) says on the back that it was déchirée ('ripped, torn'). So they tried to repair it with tape, as you can see.
Anyway... it arrived! With a lot of beautiful lighthouses inside, that I will show in another post.
En tout cas les timbres sont superbes et j'aime le phare dessiné ,j'ai le même masking tape !
ReplyDeleteLe tout est très jolie. J'aime aussi le tape.
DeleteDefinitely a true mail adventure!
ReplyDeleteA lot of mail adventures like this, lately, in my mailbox :|
DeleteThe tape on the back (especially the blue/yellow paets and letters) make a special effect. However the tape in front makea me worry about the stamps.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful mail anyway: the stamps and the drawn lighthouse are to cherish!
And how nice that the lighthouse is shining its light on your name :-)
DeleteIt is a pity that they put tape on the stamps. They aren't too damaged, luckily.
DeleteThe light was the first thing I loved about the letter... I steal-worthy idea!
Those lighthouse stamps are wonderful. The perfectly fit to the drawing
ReplyDeleteIt is a beautiful envelope, isn't it? :)
DeleteI wonder if my mail monster envelope will arrive without being attacked??????
ReplyDeleteI hope so. Maybe it has already arrived (I'm travelling now, so I can't check it...).
