very nice topic! fairytales by default have vivid and eye-catching illustrations. hard to choose a favourite one, but I'll go for the czech republic one, its very cute and reminiscent of childhood when such cartoons were very popular in then yugoslavia
ReplyDeleteThat fairy is very sweet! I haven't heard about until I got the stamps.
DeleteLove a fairy tail stamp, a nice selection but who can resist a dragon, I like the oriental vibe.
ReplyDeleteI like that they are different kind of dragons. Maybe the water one is my favourite, if I must choose.
DeleteAnother great mini-collection. I love the Royal Mail stamps. And those dragons traveled fast!
ReplyDeleteVery fast, this time! :D
DeleteHow nice to see fairy tales from all kind of countries - fairy tales of which several are new to me!
ReplyDeleteAlso to me! But you knew the dragons, I bet :)
DeleteFortunately, yes, I knew them, thanks to FinnBadger. And the (pixie) Snail I knew thanks to John :-)
DeleteAnd this particular Dopey and Snowwhite I knew from my childhood: the very first long animation movie I ever saw (until then I had seen only short animation movies on tv)
The very first long animation movie I ever saw (at the cinema) was 101 Dalmatians :)
DeleteWhat a great assortment! It's such a pleasure looking at each and every stamp. Although, I must say, the stamp from Czech Republic looks super adorable for me.
ReplyDeleteIt's really cute, isn't it?
DeleteGreat selection. I missed out on the Royal Mail stamps.
ReplyDeleteI think it is a great set.
DeleteSo far I think I've only seen the Royal Mail stamps and the USPS one...all colourful and beautiful, but the Czech one is my favourite - it is just so adorable, and yet so simple! Love it!
ReplyDeleteAlmost everybody here love this stamp! :D
