A friend sent me this postcard simply because, as he wrote, it is a beautiful illustration. I agree. And... is it not even more beautiful that he took the trouble to send it?
It could be that your friend had been sent beauty on cards before and thought it was about time to reciprocate, since it is a well known fact that beauty, attracts beauty, much the same as kindness....
