«Behin, amari gutun bat idazteko eskatu nion, eta idatzi zuen. Biak batera joan ginen Konakryko geltokira eta han beste norbaiti eman genion herrixkaraino eraman zezan. Ez dakit bizikletaz joan zen edo autobusean, baina badakit iritsi zela. Distantzia ez da arazoa gutun batentzat.»

ReplyDelete"Não sei se ele foi de bicicleta ou de autocarro, mas sei que chegou ao destino".(thanks to deepl)
This reminded me of Ciclocorreio :-)
I'm currently studying Basque (3rd year). This is the first non-adapted book we are reading :)
DeleteExcellent.
ReplyDeleteDuring the pandemic I tried to learn a bit of Catalan, just for the fun of it, since I absolutely love the way it sounds. But I lost the drive...
Next time you drop me a line, do it in Catalan, please. Somehow, I'll manage to get it, I'm sure :-)
Això està fet! ;)
