ReplyDeleteYou're right. And I like the see that postcards and letters have really travelled... But anyway it's a pity, especially when the sender put so much effort in finding the perfect stamps! :)
DeleteThat card really did get the traveled look! I have a funny story about "traveled look." I used that phrase on my Postcrossing profile and a young woman in Europe took it to mean that I like the postcard theme to feature traveling and sent me an adcard for luggage. I love the card, and didn't correct her understanding of "traveled look," but it made me smile to see how ideas translate.
