Turkey & Friends

I got this letter from Bryon (the USA). It was postmarked in Turkey (Texas, USA), making a perfect match with the stamps.

And... what do you think the envelope contained? More Turkey stamps, of course!

On the back of another postcard sent by Bryon, I found two friends of the turkey...

... and a perfectly matching postmark, again:

  1. Such a matching mail!
And we keep on learning, this time by postmarks: I didn't know there is a city named Turkey in the US.

The text on the candle stamp I think interesting, too.

    1. You can find a lot!

For instance: "Cenicero" (='Ashtray'), "Adiós" (='Good bye'), "Los infiernos" (='The Hells'), "La hija de Dios" (='God's Daughter'), "Cariño" (='Sweetheart'), "Recuerda" (='Remember'), "Alcantarilla" (='Sewer'), "Tembleque" (='Shakes'), "Peligros" (='Dangers'), "El Ajo" (='The Garlic'), "Pepino" (='Cucumber'), "Espera" (='Wait')...

All good to send letters from :)
Although a couple of those are too small to have post office, I'm afraid.
