I like seeing laundry hanging out on a line. Reminds me of a trip to Italy and several of the other people from our cruise ship were disgusted by the sight of laundry strung out across the street. I thought it was charming.
ReplyDeleteI do not find it especially charming. But... disgusting? How clean clothes can be disgusting?
DeleteWhat a clever take on "streetwear!" Ordinary clothing, and on the street. I think that image is best not in color. Something about mono makes even laundry on the line charming! Takes me back to my childhood when my mother had a clothesline. Years later it was only for sheets, and I miss those crisp line-dried sheets.
ReplyDeleteWe have clotheslines... But not in the street!
DeleteI also think this postcard is better in black and white.
How clever! Just street clothes, not on people 😜
ReplyDelete;)
DeleteMust admit I like to see a colourful washing line blowing in the wind.
ReplyDeleteIt is cheerful, isn't it?
