Hand made envelope made by Phillip (the USA). It was sent on 16 November 2023, and arrived on 29 December 2023, bearing the First Day of Issue Postmark.
This is what USPS says about the stamps:

The pictorial postmark is really nice, and I loved that set of stamps. I'm wondering what the Christmas machine cancel will be this year
