This is a beautiful postcard - I'm a huge fan of Japanese gardens, they are so peaceful.
ReplyDeleteI think I have been only in two Japanese garden, and I loved them. Not as idyllic as this illustration, but lovely.
DeleteI like the candy floss blossom. Japanese art and gardens, a perfect combination.
ReplyDeleteJapanese gardens must be the best.
DeleteIt is really a beautiful image on this postcard!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Marina :)
DeleteThere is even a viewing platform. This is lovely.
ReplyDeleteSo you can take pictures of the trees from every angle ;)
DeleteI love the One Hundred Views prints, so love the postcard! I have a Sudden Shower over Shin-Ōhashi bridge and Atake, not sure the date, not the first printings with the two boats in the distance.
ReplyDeleteOh, I looked it up, and it's wonderful!
