Volcano

I sent this letter to Alan (the UK). 

The big sheet contained six identical stamps, issued by Correos on 26 September 2022. They commemorate the eruption of the Cumbre Vieja volcano, in La Palma island. It started on 19 September 2021, and lasted until the 25th of December. 

The white (cut) silhouette on the sheet represents the island.

Sunday Stamps | Peace Bridge

This was a joint issue Canada & USA, on 4 August 1977, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the opening of Peace Bridge, built in 1927 to recognize over 100 years of peace and prosperity between the two countries.
