Messages in Bottles

Who don't like to receive a message in a bottle? :)

The first postcard is made of a cardboard from spicy sauce (have you noticed the extra little post label?). In the second one, you must find the bottle with a (love?) letter inside... It is not difficult!

By the way, it is not the first time I received a whale (or sent it) trough mail...

Both postcards sent by Heleen (the Netherlands).

  1. Ow, I love those cards. The Tabasco idea is great. I bet post officers would go crazy if I tried to mail that. :)

    1. You're right. The Tabasco bottle arrived by mail (from the Netherlands to Morocco), and I think ALL the post officers in its way consider that Heleen and I were crazy :D

    2. I am glad (and happily surprised!) that the Tabasco arrived at all!
Later I discovered our post company has rules about the size... The minimum size of letters and cards in the Netherlands must be 9x14 centimeters... The Tabasco 'card' is far more smaller..

So not only the post officers will think us, er, a tiny bit crazy, but also I (and I'm sure you do, too) think the post officers are sweet, cariños (schatten, in Dutch) :-)

    3. In Spain the minimum is 9x13, if I remember right. But of course I've sent smaller things... and they arrived because of the sweetness of post workers. It means to take the risk! The Tabasco bottle arrived a little bend and a little late, but here it is :D
