    1. I guess this is how sending back an instant angry email happens, and can escalate into an email battle.

      Maybe we should print them out, then tear it up to get rid of frustration!

  2. I love that quote! I guess if you're angry enough you could throw your laptop over the porch, but I don't think it would give the same satisfaction. You just can't replace the feel of paper.
