Here you have the latest stamps I have got celebrating Science, today's theme in Sunday Stamps.
Genome Sequencing and Robotics |
Genome Sequencing, Robotics and Solar Technology |
They belong to a 5-stamps set issued on 20 August 2020 by USPS, which features, apart form those above: Computing, Biomedicine and Solar Technology.
Very striking I like those. Your top scan really shows the background nicely. Clever 'innovation' word, almost too clever for me as it took me a moment or two to work it out.
ReplyDeleteThey look nice on postcards, with the bright letters.
DeleteIt took me a moment to see the word as well.
ReplyDeleteNot sure if I like these - I find them almost too cluttered.
I read some negative comments about these. I'm afraid most philatelists don't like this issue.
Deleteby the way, are you living near where all the snow fell? that must have been a shock!
ReplyDeleteWe had some snow yesterday, which isn't usual here. But not a shock, just a bit cold :)
DeleteI had to enlarge these before I could make out the details - so glad I did.
ReplyDeleteYes, the details are interesting.
DeleteYou managed to photograph the stamps to nicely show off the foil element.
ReplyDeleteSometimes, it seems impossible. But it worked this time :)
DeleteI haven't seen these stamps, yet! Great contribution.
ReplyDeleteMany thanks!
