Dear Tia

Phillip has a mail art project called poems found in morrow. He sent out postcards reproducing pages of HM Hoover's post-apocalyptic young adult novel Treasures of Morrow, and ask to delete text in any way, to create a found poem.

Last time I did. But on this page, what I found was a letter instead...

Tia,

Work harder. Perhaps another thing surprise you. Simon have a good house. Rabbit's lucky. Max always had that. You can study. You are smarter than any one else.
Mother
(As it seemed a reply, I decided to imagine the letter that Tia had previously sent to his mum, and write part of it on the postcard.)

Spring Letter

I am quite proud of this green letter that I sent to Alan (the UK) back in March. It included a booklet made of four small envelopes of repurposed paper and tape. Besides the letter itseft, I added some little surprises.

Found Poem

Poems found in morrow is a sort of add and return project of FinnBadger (the USA). He sent me the page 50 (above) in the form of a 10x15 postcard, and I was supposed to find a poem. I did! This is what I sent back to him (also on the blog of the project):

I agree
where we lived is
just an imaginary thing

Here you can see more poems found in that page.

What or Whom Is She Staring At?

Heleen (the Netherlands) drew this postcard inspired by a visit to the Rijksmuseum. She made some copies and sent them to several mail artists, as an add & return, because she was curious to know what other people would think she is thinking of.

This was my version:

Is that a bird? How strange! Oh, I need my glasses.

You can see HERE what other people have created.
