It seems that this mail art envelope sent by John (the UK), has suffered some accidents in way. At least, rain and... a mail monster attack? Because the post service in Casablanca (!) says on the back that it was déchirée ('ripped, torn'). So they tried to repair it with tape, as you can see.
Anyway... it arrived! With a lot of beautiful lighthouses inside, that I will show in another post.
En tout cas les timbres sont superbes et j'aime le phare dessiné ,j'ai le même masking tape !ReplyDelete
Le tout est très jolie. J'aime aussi le tape.Delete
Definitely a true mail adventure!ReplyDelete
A lot of mail adventures like this, lately, in my mailbox :|Delete
The tape on the back (especially the blue/yellow paets and letters) make a special effect. However the tape in front makea me worry about the stamps.ReplyDelete
Beautiful mail anyway: the stamps and the drawn lighthouse are to cherish!
And how nice that the lighthouse is shining its light on your name :-)Delete
It is a pity that they put tape on the stamps. They aren't too damaged, luckily.Delete
The light was the first thing I loved about the letter... I steal-worthy idea!
Those lighthouse stamps are wonderful. The perfectly fit to the drawingReplyDelete
It is a beautiful envelope, isn't it? :)Delete
I wonder if my mail monster envelope will arrive without being attacked??????ReplyDelete
I hope so. Maybe it has already arrived (I'm travelling now, so I can't check it...).Delete
