This is beautiful! Unusual to not have a sport on the stamp, but as the city of Paris itself played such a prominent role in the Games, it is perfect.
I think it would be equally difficult to choose only one sport, or to include all of them in a single stamp.

The colours surprised me. I would not associate those with the Olympics.
