Some Mail Boxes in Roma

Sadly, most of the mailboxes that I spotted in Rome (Italy) during a recent trip, had be vandalised. But... no fun? Maybe that was stuck by someone who never receive letters?

Not sure if you can find fun inside the following one. But there is... a zombie?!?

I tried to find a less vandalised one (outside a post office) to post my cards. A month later, I still don't know if all they arrived.

  1. Those post boxes look like they need a big smile below the openings :)

    1. They looked to me as if what they really needed was a shower... ;-)

    2. Did my postcard from Rome (not the Vatican one) reached you, eventually? It seems they have taken ages to arrive...

    5. Well, I wouldn't expect a postcard from Rome to take a month, when one from the Vatican takes a week.

    1. I do not why, in some cities, it seems impossible to find a clean mailbox. It happened to me also in Bruxelles (and now I realise that I never posted the pictures here).

  3. Seems like people forget they must put the written and printed messages into the mailbox and not stick them outside of the mailbox :-)

I've seen happier mailboxes (although, in addition to FinnBadger's comment: the mailboxes seem to don't mind and to continue to keep on smiling:-) ).
    Nice pictures anyway.

    1. That is an explanation I like :)
Anyway, they aren't completely unhappy... they do the work! (Very slowly, I must add).
