Nice Places!


Before receiving this postcard from Heleen's holidays in France, I had never thought of the meaning of this city in English: Nice!

    The blues of the sea and sky are amazing. And all those yachts around the lighthouse in Trieste - talk about a traffic jam!

      I think it's a very famous regatta. I love this picture. It's quite different from the postcards of lighthouses I usually get/buy.

    Ma préférée est celle de Montauk Point ,on dirait une peinture comme "la colline au phare ,Cape Elizabeth" de Edward Hopper ,ensuite "düne" pour son côté sauvage et le phare de la victoire de Trieste ,on a du mal à imaginer que ce sont des voiliers ,là encore on dirait une peinture !

      Moi, il n'y a ps de carte postale des phares que je n'aime pas! Mais en avoir de l'Inde n'est pas facile.

    Elles sont toutes jolies c'est vrai et celle d'Inde a un côté vintage et désuet ,on pourrait aussi penser à une peinture !
