Pompeii

And another Postcrossing coincidence: I had never got a postcard from Pompeii, and I got two (from Germany), the same day. They depict a couple of Dionysus masks and a basilique.

From John (the UK), I got another postcard for the Roman Empire collection:

The Roman villa at Bignor, West Sussex, discovered in 1811 during ploughing, has some of the finest preserved mosaics from Roman Britain. The mosaic featured on the stamp, laid in an apsed room on the villa’s north side, probably dates to the early 4th century AD. It depicts a female head usually identified as the Roman goddess Venus.

I had got it as a stamp, like more from this Roman Britain series.

One of the postcards was decorated by a 5-years-old artist :)

Reusing or Recycling?

Is framing the bag and
hanging it on the wall
reusing or recycling?

And what about repurposing it for writing another small letter inside and send it across the ocean?
