Ladybird Postcards

Don't you love these Ladybird postcards?

I have recently received: Shopping with Mother (1958), The Seashore and Seashore Life (1964) and The Customs Officer (1972). I guess that if you buy the box, you have postcards for any occasion!

Do you remember reading those? There were not popular in my country, during my childhood.

  1. I must confess that I don't know them, we dodn't have them at our school / in our country as far as I know. Except for a few postcards showing the covers, in present times :-)

    1. Peut-être, comme en Espagne, ils n'étaient pas très connus en France.

  3. I don't remember specific titles, but I am 100% sure I read some of these as a child.

  4. Oh yes! I remember particularly 'The Policeman' and the beautiful illustrations in 'What to look for in Spring'. I still have some of them
