Nagorno-Karabakh - there is no such republic anymore. As a result of the fighting, by the end of September 2023, Azerbaijan had effectively established control over the entire territory of the region. More than 100 thousand Armenians left the republic. A number of international experts have described the mass exodus of Armenians from Karabakh as a war crime or a crime against humanity. Therefore, it is very strange to see the inscription "Nagorno Karabakh" on the stamp of the Peace Stamp project.
It seems they issue stamps, although I am not sure that they are can be actually used. I have three stamps (from 2022 and 2023), and all these have been sent to me inside envelopes, from other places.
The stamps stamps issued by the Republic of Artsakh are listed in most stamps catalogues (Gibbons, Yvert & Tellier, Michel); however, they aren't recognised on an international level, not by the UPU nor by PostEurop.
