Maybe you have noticed that the stamps on the first envelope match with the birthplaces of the women on the postcards: Idár was born in Laredo, Texas, and Huerta was born in Dawson, New Mexico.
However, the matching is even greater on the second envelope. Not only because the theme (two more athletes on the stamps, including the great tennis player Maureen Connolly). Also... there is a tennis match on the envelope, right know! This is a very very clever way of sticking the stamps, don't you think so?
