You might have noticed that a new label for posts, The New Normal, has appeared on this blog since March. Actually, I added it later, when the our government decided we were heading towards... well, The New Normal.
I guess most people is still struggling to know what normal or new normal exactly means. My friend Laura sent me this postcard, and it inspired me to draw this envelope. Just to get it clear.

ReplyDeleteI thought the words 'the new normal' ('het nieuwe normaal') had been invented by our PM, who mentioned in each policy-explaining press conference. And didn't realize (and still am surprised) that it counts for all-over the world..
I must confess that I also thought it was an invention of our government!
